RaDD (Research and Development District) is a mixed-use 1.7 million-square-foot, five-building life science, office, and retail district on San Diego’s downtown waterfront. The delivered project combines lab and workplace space with public-facing retail, dining, event venues, public art, and more than five acres of green space, positioning the district as both a research campus and an active civic destination.
I was involved in programming, interior concept to Design Development for building Core's tenant amenity spaces that included lobby, tenant lounge, retail, cycle hub, shower rooms, as well as concept for Building Eve's event space.
