M/C Partners’ Boston office is designed as a refined workplace that expresses the firm’s identity while supporting the relationships at the center of its business. The project creates a setting that feels sophisticated and client-ready, while also giving employees a stronger sense of shared purpose and connection within the office. The workplace brings together private offices, open work areas, meeting spaces, and informal gathering zones in a clear and balanced plan. Client-facing spaces are carefully integrated with hospitality-oriented amenities, allowing the office to shift comfortably between focused work, internal collaboration, and external meetings.
Throughout the space, the design reinforces M/C Partners’ culture of ambition, trust, and growth. Branded moments, polished material choices, and visible connections between teams create a workplace that feels professional without being rigid — a modern financial services environment built for both client engagement and everyday collaboration. I was involved from test-fit, concept design to Design Development.
