JLL’s Boston office at One Post Office Square presents a new model for a professional workplace — one that balances business performance, hospitality, flexibility, and culture. Rather than serving only as a place for day-to-day work, the office acts as a platform for connection, bringing together employees, clients, and visitors through a range of adaptable spaces.
The workplace supports different ways of working, from focused individual tasks to informal collaboration, team meetings, and larger gatherings. Its planning encourages movement across the office and creates opportunities for spontaneous interaction, while still providing the structure and technology needed for a high-performing hybrid workplace.
A key emphasis of the project is the client experience. Dedicated presentation, meeting, and gathering areas allow JLL to share its expertise in a more engaging and memorable way, while social and communal spaces support a stronger sense of belonging. Together, the project creates a workplace that is flexible, welcoming, and closely aligned with the future of real estate, advisory services, and client collaboration.
I was involved from initial concept, space-planning through Design Development of this project. The finish palette celebrates JLL's brand identity in a subtle and sophisticated manner.
